Can I cancel the subscription?
Our pricing includes a one-time payment in combination with a recurring fee for the period of time you use the website as we want to offer the best possible service. Should you not use any of our support, of course you can cancel the subscription after a minimum of 12 months.

Most of our communication will be through web tools rather than phone calls. However we have video calls whenever necessary.
